The Bon Air is a farmhouse version of one if our most popular plans – The Front Royal. It is a classic farmhouse with all of the comforts of a new design. It features an open floor plan with a breakfast nook, a quiet study for getting work done at home, and a 3-car garage. The spacious screened porch opens into the family room, which is perfect for entertaining. The kids will love the game room off of the kitchen, and it will make a great guest suite once they go off to college. Cooks will love the large kitchen with a huge walk-in pantry.
