Welcome to the Shenandoah plan! The farmhouse design has 4 bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a large walk-in closet. On the first floor there is both a breakfast nook and a formal dining room for all your family meals. There is also a multi-purpose use room that can be used for either the kids or a study. If you’d like to modify or add to this design, we are happy to customize any plan to suit your specific needs!

Most plans come with 2×4 exterior walls, this plan is offered with optional 2×6 exterior walls for colder climate conditions.

This plan comes in a reverse layout.

Standard processing takes 2-3 business days, plus shipping. Rush delivery takes 1-2 business days for processing, plus overnight shipping.

All of our plans are protected under the United States Copyright Law. When purchasing a home plan from us, you have been licensed the right to build the home one time. Our plans may not be copied, resold, or used for the construction of more than one residence without the express written permission of TM Vavra Associates P.C. TM Vavra Associates P.C. retains all rights, title, and ownership of the original design and documents, as well as any derivative versions of the plans.

Multi Use License Agreement

If you plan to use the home plan more than once in an area, make sure to purchase one of the “Multi Use” options (PDF or CAD). Please review the Multi Use License Agreement, accept the terms and provide the site address where the plan will be built.

If you want to have custom changes to your home plan, please contact us prior to making your purchase. After we have discussed the changes, we will establish the amount to be added here.
