The Allegheny is craftsman style house, similar to our Woodstock plan. On the first floor you will find the open concept kitchen, dining and great room. Between the front porch and the back porch and deck, there is more than enough outdoor space for entertaining and enjoying time with family. There is also a mudroom and a walk in pantry for storage. The bedrooms are all located upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom can be built as a loft or bonus room if that better suits your family’s needs.
